Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and well-appointed rooms with great city views, but service can be inconsistent and the dining options may not justify the cost. The location is excellent for exploring the city on foot.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were always clean and nicely kept; however, my requested amenities didn't arrive as promised. The food provided was good, and my room on the 30th floor offered a stunning view of the skyline and ocean.
I checked in on a Saturday around 11:00 a.m. The hotel is a bit pricey for the room size, but at least everything was ready for us, even the rooms being chillingly cold at 60 degrees. The location is superb, surrounded by shopping, dining, and attractions, but I wish the rooms were a bit more spacious than usual.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were really good, though I wish there was a refrigerator. They were pretty basic for the price, but overall very perfect. The service was very accommodating, even though it oscillated between perfunctory to a bit unctuous. The location was great, and I could easily walk around to all the interesting places. The dining was excellent, along with the waitstaff, though a bit overpriced for the value. Overall, a solid choice with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Seattle, making it perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the lack of included Wi-Fi is a downside. The service is friendly and efficient, although there were some initial issues with room requests. Overall, a great location with mixed room amenities.
The hotel room, while spacious, clean, and comfortable, remained hot even with the air conditioner set to 60 degrees. Unfortunately, there was no view of the Sound. The Sheraton Grand standard was maintained.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms provided great appetizers and breakfast items by one of the senior staff members. It would have been nicer to have a queen bed instead of doubles. The location is convenient for exploring Seattle, although it could use some upgrades. The dining experience was a bit overpriced, but the homemade pies and jams were enjoyable.
